Mileage Reward Structure

ClubAdvantage members may earn $15 in Bokkara Travel Credit for every 1,000 qualifying miles traveled during their active membership period.

Mileage rewards are issued as part of the ClubMiles benefit program and are subject to verification and approval by Bokkara.

Eligibility & Qualification

Only travel activity that meets Bokkara’s qualification criteria will be eligible for mileage rewards. This may include bookings and itineraries managed, issued, or approved through Bokkara.

Bokkara reserves the right to determine what constitutes qualifying travel activity.

Reward Issuance

Mileage-based Travel Credit is issued once qualifying travel has been completed and verified.

All mileage rewards are processed and credited at Bokkara’s discretion following validation of travel activity.

Non-Cash Value

ClubMiles rewards are issued exclusively as Bokkara Travel Credit and do not represent cash or monetary value.

Mileage rewards cannot be:

• redeemed for cash
  
• transferred between accounts
  
• exchanged for currency or assets
  
• sold, withdrawn, or converted
  

Expiration

All mileage rewards are subject to the same validity period as the member’s annual ClubAdvantage Travel Credit.

Any unused mileage-based Travel Credit will expire at the end of the membership year and will not roll over.

Verification & Adjustments

Bokkara reserves the right to request documentation or verification of travel activity prior to issuing mileage rewards.

In cases involving cancellations, refunds, disputes, or incomplete travel, Bokkara may:

• adjust mileage calculations
  
• reverse issued rewards
  
• or withhold issuance pending review
  

All determinations made by Bokkara regarding mileage eligibility and reward adjustments are final.

Program Discretion

Bokkara reserves full discretion over the ClubMiles program, including eligibility criteria, qualification standards, reward rates, and issuance policies.

The program may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice where permitted by law.
