About Bokkara
Bokkara Management LLC was established in 2026 with a simple but deliberate purpose: to become the travel management partner we could not find for ourselves. Registered in the State of Delaware and operating with remote offices in New York, London, Dubai, and Trinidad and Tobago, Bokkara was built to support clients who move frequently, globally, and with intention.
We saw a gap in the industry. Travel had become increasingly fragmented and clients were expected to manage multiple providers, platforms, and standards depending on whether they were flying commercial or private, staying in a hotel or a villa, traveling for business or personal reasons. What was missing was not access, but structure. Not luxury in appearance, but consistency in execution. Bokkara was created to bring all of that under one disciplined management approach.
When you work with Bokkara, you are not choosing between tiers of service based on how you travel. Every client has the same level of access and consideration, whether flying first-class, using a shared private aviation program, or chartering a private jet. We manage flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and on-the-ground arrangements as one continuous operation, ensuring that each movement is aligned, coordinated, and quietly overseen.
