If a delayed or cancelled flight affects your stay, Bokkara will help notify the property, coordinate late check-in and request adjustments for affected nights.

Group Booking Concierge
Get help coordinating accommodation for executive teams, family trips and getaways with friends. Every guest aged 17 or older must have a Bokkara account and membership number. Accompanying children aged 16 and under can be included under the main account holder’s booking.
Direct to Property (DTP)
Booked directly. Personally handled.
Every accommodation reservation is arranged manually by Bokkara directly with the property. We obtain confirmation from the property itself, without using third party booking websites to place your reservation.
Our Direct to Property (DTP) approach gives us a direct line to the people responsible for your stay. From booking enquiries to concerns during your visit, we work with the property’s team to address issues efficiently, without the added steps of going through a third party booking platform.

Which membership is right for me?
Bokkara Premium includes member prices, one additional adult account, 24-hour support, 500 ClubNights per qualifying night and free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Bokkara Exec increases earning to 1,000 ClubNights per qualifying night and adds flight disruption assistance, group booking concierge and 2% annual Bokkara credit on qualifying bookings, capped at $2,000 per year.
