BOKKARA MANAGEMENT LLC
Terms of Service Agreement
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Bokkara Management LLC ("Bokkara," "Company," "we," or "us") and the enrolled client ("Client," "you," or "your").
By enrolling in Bokkara's services and remitting payment, Client agrees to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
Bokkara operates as a private travel management firm providing:
- Executive travel coordination
- Private jet charter sourcing and booking
- Curated shared jet access coordination
- First and business-class commercial flight booking
- Ground transportation and concierge coordination
- Structured travel oversight and itinerary management
Bokkara acts solely as a travel coordinator and intermediary. We do not own, operate, or control aircraft, airlines, or third-party transportation providers.
2. Membership Management Fee
Client agrees to a monthly management fee of $950.99.
This fee covers:
- Dedicated travel management oversight
- Access to Bokkara's aviation and shared jet network
- Administrative coordination and scheduling
- Ongoing client servicing and account management
The management fee does not include the cost of flights, charter aircraft, shared jet seats, hotels, ground transportation, or other third-party services.
The monthly fee is billed automatically and is non-refundable once charged for the billing period.
3. Refundable Client Deposit
Upon enrollment, Client agrees to remit a $5,000.00 refundable deposit.
Purpose of Deposit:
- Secures Client's membership position within Bokkara's portfolio
- Confirms long-term service alignment
- Covers potential administrative exposure or unpaid balances
The deposit is refundable upon written termination of services, provided:
- All outstanding balances are paid in full
- No active bookings remain unresolved
- No contractual violations have occurred
Refund processing may take up to 30 business days.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate identification and travel documentation
- Submit travel requests with reasonable notice when possible
- Review and approve itineraries promptly
- Remit payment for all third-party travel services before confirmation
- Conduct themselves professionally with all service providers
Bokkara reserves the right to decline service in cases of misuse, misconduct, or non-payment.
5. Third-Party Services & Liability
Bokkara coordinates services through licensed operators, airlines, and vendors.
Bokkara is not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, mechanical issues, or weather disruptions
- Actions or negligence of third-party operators
- Regulatory restrictions or governmental travel limitations
All aviation services are operated by properly licensed air carriers under applicable aviation regulations.
Client acknowledges that private aviation and travel services involve inherent operational risks.
6. Payment Terms
All travel services require full payment prior to confirmation.
Charter flights and shared jet bookings may be subject to operator-specific cancellation policies.
Cancellation penalties are determined by third-party operators and are not controlled by Bokkara.
Client agrees to adhere to all payment deadlines communicated by Bokkara.
7. Confidentiality & Discretion
Bokkara operates with strict confidentiality standards.
All client information, travel details, and personal data are handled with discretion and will not be disclosed except as required to fulfill travel arrangements or as required by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
Upon termination:
- The monthly management fee will cease at the end of the billing cycle.
- The refundable deposit will be processed in accordance with Section 3.
Bokkara reserves the right to immediately terminate services for non-payment, misconduct, or breach of terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bokkara's liability shall not exceed the total management fees paid by Client within the preceding three (3) months.
Bokkara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in Delaware jurisdiction unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
11. Acceptance
By submitting payment and engaging Bokkara's services, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
