01What ClubCredit Is
ClubCredit is credit held in your Bokkara ClubCredit Wallet for eligible accommodation bookings through Bokkara. Your wallet can contain annual Exec rewards, booking cancellation credits, promotional credits and Flight Disruption Assistance reimbursements.
These different credits appear in the ClubCredit Wallet. We may record the source, issue date, adjustments and any applicable promotional conditions so you can understand your balance and so we can administer the credit correctly. ClubCredit and ClubNights are separate benefits with different earning, redemption and cancellation rules.
ClubCredit is not a bank account or a promise of cash withdrawal. Our ordinary booking refund policy issues eligible monetary booking refunds as ClubCredit. Any monetary refund or other remedy required by applicable law remains available regardless of how an amount is described in the wallet.
02Who Can Use ClubCredit
You must have an active Bokkara membership to use ClubCredit, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Main and eligible shared account holders have their own accounts and wallets. ClubCredit awarded to an account holder is recorded in that holder's wallet, including Flight Disruption Assistance credit issued to the affected person.
An inactive membership does not erase an already issued Exec annual credit: issued annual credit does not expire. Active membership is required to use it. Pending annual credit is different and is subject to the renewal rules in section 5. Relevant conditions for promotional credit are disclosed when the offer is made.
Keep your account details current and secure. Contact Bokkara if your balance is missing, a transaction is incorrect or you suspect unauthorized access. Membership and account eligibility remain subject to the Member Terms of Service.
03Sources of ClubCredit
Exec annual credit is earned on the main account holder's qualifying spending and issued following eligible renewal as described below. Booking cancellation credit is issued when an eligible booking refund is credited to the wallet under the Cancellation Terms.
Flight Disruption Assistance may reimburse eligible lost accommodation value to the affected Exec account holder's wallet after investigation. Promotional credit may be issued under the conditions of a specific offer. Any material eligibility, duration or other restrictions on a promotion are explained with that offer.
Your wallet also records returns of ClubCredit used for bookings when a credit-paid booking qualifies for a refund. For supplier-caused cancellations and failures, the full eligible booking refund is issued or restored as described in section 10 and the Cancellation Terms, subject to mandatory refund rights.
04Exec Annual Credit
Bokkara Exec earns an annual credit of 2 percent of the main account holder's qualifying completed accommodation spending paid with money, up to USD $2,000 per main membership per membership year. The membership year begins on the membership activation date.
Only qualifying nights stayed while the main account holder's Exec membership is active count. Qualifying spending by the included shared account holder does not earn or add to the main account holder's annual credit. Eligible credit is issued to the main account holder's wallet.
Qualifying spending excludes taxes, property fees, Bokkara service charges, other separately identified fees, refunded amounts, and bookings paid using ClubNights or ClubCredit. Unused, cancelled or refunded accommodation does not count as completed qualifying spending. An upgrade to Exec applies prospectively and does not recalculate earlier Premium stays.
For example, USD $1,000 of qualifying completed accommodation spending earns USD $20 of annual credit. Reaching the USD $2,000 cap would require USD $100,000 of qualifying spending during the membership year. These examples exclude taxes and fees and do not promise a particular booking price or annual return.
05Renewal and Issuance of Annual Credit
You must renew your membership to receive the annual credit earned during the preceding membership year. Pending annual credit remains available for 30 days after membership expiry. If renewal payment does not succeed within that period, pending credit is forfeited, subject to mandatory rights and correction of Bokkara errors.
When you renew within the available period, we issue the qualifying credit to the main account holder's ClubCredit Wallet within 30 days after both the earning year has ended and the renewal payment has succeeded. Contact us if you believe a qualifying stay or calculation is missing or inaccurate.
Once issued, annual credit does not expire. Active membership is required to use ClubCredit, but a membership lapse does not itself erase issued annual credit. The main membership and its included shared account are separate from the credit earned only on main-account spending.
06ClubCredit From Booking Cancellations
For a member-requested cancellation of a money-paid accommodation booking received at least 24 hours before the property's confirmed check-in time, 100 percent of the accommodation cost is refunded in ClubCredit. Taxes, property fees, Bokkara service charges and other fees are non-refundable under the ordinary member cancellation policy.
For a member-requested cancellation received less than 24 hours before check-in, 50 percent of the accommodation cost is refunded in ClubCredit; taxes and fees are non-refundable. An ordinary no-show is non-refundable. The deadline uses the property's local check-in time, and a request received exactly 24 hours before check-in qualifies for the earlier category.
Cancellation applies to the entire accommodation stay. Partial cancellation of selected rooms or nights is not available. Early departure and material service problems are addressed under the Cancellation Terms, and applicable mandatory rights remain available.
No accommodation booking receives a cash refund under Bokkara's ordinary booking policy. Eligible monetary booking refunds, including refunds where Bokkara or the property cancels or cannot supply the stay, are issued in ClubCredit. If applicable law requires a monetary or original-method refund, we provide the required remedy.
07ClubCredit From Flight Disruption Assistance
Flight Disruption Assistance is an Exec benefit available to both the main account holder and the shared account holder, including when travelling separately. It covers eligible stays booked through Bokkara and paid with money, ClubCredit or ClubNights when a flight delay or cancellation causes missed prepaid nights or loss of the confirmed reservation.
If the property retains the reservation but the affected member arrives late, Bokkara reimburses the accommodation value of every prepaid night missed because of the disruption. If the property records a no-show and cancels the reservation, Bokkara reimburses the accommodation value of all prepaid nights lost. Taxes, property fees, Bokkara service charges and other fees are excluded.
We issue eligible reimbursement in ClubCredit to the affected account holder's wallet. For a ClubNights-funded stay, the corresponding units are valued at USD $0.005 each, equivalent to USD $5 for 1,000 ClubNights. Your reimbursement does not depend on the property refunding Bokkara, and a later property refund to Bokkara does not create a second reimbursement for the same lost nights.
Tell Bokkara immediately when you become aware of a flight delay or cancellation. We investigate, contact the property and help arrange an alternative where needed. Late notification can delay investigation and reimbursement, although it does not automatically disqualify you. Once the investigation establishes eligibility and amount, we issue the credit within two business days after completing it and provide updates while the investigation remains open.
Replacement bookings follow the full-payment rule in section 8. If credit has not yet been issued or your balance is insufficient for the entire checkout total, you may pay the whole booking with money. The benefit does not promise to cover a higher replacement price or unrelated travel expenses.
08Using ClubCredit for a Booking
ClubCredit can pay for eligible accommodation bookings through Bokkara, including the accommodation cost, taxes, property fees and Bokkara service charges shown in the checkout total. Your available wallet balance must cover 100 percent of that total.
You cannot combine ClubCredit with money or ClubNights to pay for the same booking. If the balance does not cover the entire checkout total, you must pay the entire booking with money. There is no split-payment exception for Flight Disruption Assistance and these Terms do not promise a wallet top-up facility.
For example, a USD $500 checkout requires at least USD $500 in available ClubCredit to pay with the wallet. A USD $400 balance cannot be combined with USD $100 in money for that booking. The amount required and your selected payment method are shown before you submit your booking.
ClubNights have separate rules: sufficient ClubNights must cover the full eligible accommodation redemption, while taxes and fees are paid with money. ClubNights are not ClubCredit and their values cannot be pooled to meet a ClubCredit checkout total.
09Cancellation of a ClubCredit Booking
If you cancel a booking paid entirely with ClubCredit at least 24 hours before the property's confirmed check-in time, 100 percent of the ClubCredit payment is returned to your wallet, including credit used for accommodation, taxes and fees.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in, cancel after check-in, or do not show up, the ClubCredit payment is non-refundable under the ordinary member cancellation policy. Exactly 24 hours before check-in qualifies for the at-least-24-hour category. The deadline is measured in the property's local time zone.
You must cancel the entire stay; cancellation of only selected rooms or nights is not available. Contact Bokkara through the designated cancellation or 24-hour support channel and provide your booking reference. The time your request reaches the functioning channel determines whether it is timely. An internal processing delay does not make a timely request late.
Eligible Exec Flight Disruption Assistance, property or Bokkara cancellations, service failures and mandatory consumer rights are handled separately. Leaving early because of an accommodation problem is assessed as a service issue rather than automatically treated as a voluntary cancellation.
10When Bokkara or the Property Cannot Supply a Stay
If the property cannot confirm a request, we release an uncaptured payment authorization. If money has already been captured, the entire amount including taxes and fees is issued to your ClubCredit Wallet under Bokkara's ordinary booking refund policy.
If Bokkara or the property cancels a confirmed booking without member fault or cannot supply the stay, we offer an alternative for your acceptance or a full refund. A money-paid booking receives the full payment, including taxes and fees, in ClubCredit. An entirely ClubCredit-paid booking receives 100 percent of the credit payment back to the wallet. A ClubNights booking receives 100 percent of redeemed units back, and separately money-paid taxes and fees are refunded in ClubCredit.
You do not have to accept a materially different or inferior alternative as full settlement. We explain material differences and any price change before you agree, and do not authorize an additional charge on your behalf without your permission. Where law requires a monetary or original-payment-method refund or another remedy, we provide it. We do not delay a refund we owe solely because the property has not reimbursed Bokkara.
11Promotional Credit and Wallet Records
Promotional ClubCredit is added to the same wallet as other credits. An offer explains its eligibility, value, available use, duration and material conditions when it is presented. Promotions are not combined unless expressly allowed, and conditions cannot remove mandatory rights or retrospectively change previously issued annual credit contrary to law.
Your account balance and transaction history help you see credit added, used, restored or adjusted. Contact support if a transaction appears incorrect. We may request a booking reference or other reasonable information to locate and investigate it.
We may correct duplicate credits, calculation errors or credit linked to a valid refund, reversal or proven misuse. We explain material adjustments and provide an opportunity to question them. A wallet adjustment does not itself authorize an unrelated charge to your payment method.
12Membership Cancellation and Account Closure
Stopping renewal does not itself cancel a confirmed accommodation booking. Existing stays remain subject to their accepted terms, and support and attached booking benefits continue through checkout if membership expires during a stay.
Active membership is required to use ClubCredit. Issued Exec annual credit has no expiry; a lapse does not itself erase it. Renewal is required to receive pending annual credit and the 30-day late-renewal rule in section 5 applies. The separate 30-day ClubNights rule in the Cancellation Terms does not make ClubNights and ClubCredit the same balance.
If you close an account or we end a membership, we explain the effect on confirmed bookings, issued credit, pending annual credit and any outstanding refund. Forfeiture or deductions require a valid contractual and legal basis and cannot override mandatory consumer rights. Where law requires a monetary refund or other treatment of a balance, that requirement takes priority.
13Changes to ClubCredit
We may update ClubCredit terms for future activity with appropriate notice. Material changes to an ongoing paid membership are subject to the notice, consent, cancellation options and other protections required by your agreement and applicable law.
A change does not automatically remove issued annual credit, retrospectively alter an accepted booking or take away rights that the law prevents us from removing. If a credit feature or program is discontinued, we explain how affected balances and existing booking rights will be handled and provide any redemption opportunity or other remedy required by law.
14Support and Consumer Rights
Both membership plans include staffed 24-hour support. For wallet questions, reward calculations, booking cancellation, Flight Disruption Assistance or a complaint, use the support channels on Bokkara's website, in your account or in your booking confirmation. Include your name and relevant membership or booking reference. Do not send passwords, card security codes or payment authentication codes.
We acknowledge complaints within two business days and provide an outcome or progress update within 10 business days. Urgent stay issues go directly to 24-hour support. Keep your booking confirmations and relevant messages when asking us to investigate.
These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, including a monetary refund or other remedy where applicable law requires it. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle wallet, booking and account information. Where these Terms and an accepted booking disclosure differ, mandatory law and the applicable Member Terms of Service govern.
