Eric Hackshaw

At just 28 years old, Eric launched Bokkara and scaled the firm to over 60 active clients within weeks of registration driven not by marketing spectacle, but by direct relationships, trust, and a hands-on approach. Bokkara was officially formed on February 4, 2026, a date Eric notes deliberately, sharing its founding day with companies like Facebook a reminder that meaningful platforms often begin with a clear need and uncompromising execution.

Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Eric has traveled extensively across regions and cultures, experiencing firsthand the inefficiencies, fragmentation, and inconsistencies that define modern travel. Those experiences shaped Bokkara’s foundation. The firm was not created as a luxury concept, but as a response to a practical problem: too many capable people were spending valuable time managing travel instead of focusing on what they do best.

Eric draws inspiration from leaders who prioritize long-term relationships, operational discipline, and client trust—most notably Flexjet and its CEO, Ken Ricci. That influence is reflected in Bokkara’s emphasis on accountability, consistency, and treating every client relationship as a partnership rather than a transaction.

As CEO, Eric remains directly involved in the business. He personally oversees client accounts, works closely with the Bokkara team on a daily basis, and maintains availability for client calls, inquiries, and prospective discussions. His leadership style blends structure with adaptability bringing a modern, Gen Z perspective to a traditionally rigid industry while maintaining the standards expected at the highest level.
