About ClubPay
ClubPay is an exclusive Bokkara benefit that allows eligible Club members to reduce the cost of their travel bookings by using their accumulated ClubPoints. When ClubPay is applied to an eligible booking, the member's ClubPoints covers 25% of the total booking cost, while the equivalent value is deducted from the their available ClubPoints balance.

How ClubPay Works
Step 1
Select your flight, accommodation, or travel package.
Step 2
Choose ClubPay during checkout if your booking qualifies.
Step 3
Bokkara covers 25% of your booking total.
Step 4
The equivalent value is deducted from your available ClubPoints balance.
Step 5
Pay the remaining balance of your booking and complete your reservation.
Eligibility Requirements
Minimum Booking Requirements
To qualify for ClubPay, bookings must meet the following minimum values:
ClubAvantage Partners
Minimum booking value:
$1,000 USD
ClubBusiness Partners
Minimum booking value:
$2,000 USD
Bookings below the applicable minimum threshold are not eligible for ClubPay.
ClubPoints Requirements
To use ClubPay, partners must:
- Have an active ClubPoints account.
- Have enough ClubPoints available to cover the entire 25% portion of the booking.
- Meet all ClubPay eligibility requirements at the time of booking.
If your ClubPoints balance is insufficient, ClubPay will not be available.
Important Program Rules
Important Restrictions
To maintain fairness and program integrity:
- ClubPay cannot be combined with Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL).
- ClubPay cannot be applied once BNPL has been selected.
- ClubPay is only available on eligible bookings.
- ClubPoints are deducted immediately after ClubPay is approved.
- The remaining booking balance must be paid by the client at checkout.
- ClubPay availability is subject to ClubPoints availability and program eligibility requirements.
