Welcome to Bokkara. These Terms, Conditions, and Policies (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bokkara’s services, including bookings, memberships, travel rewards, and related offerings.

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

  • Bokkara – The company providing booking services, membership plans, travel rewards, and related offerings.
  • Member – A user with an active Bokkara subscription.
  • Booking – Any reservation made through Bokkara, including flights, accommodations, or a combination of both.
  • Percentage Discount – The discount percentage applied to eligible bookings based on the member’s tier.
  • Bokkara Miles – Travel reward points earned by members for eligible flights booked through Bokkara.
  • Bokkara Credit – Store credit earned from redeeming Bokkara Miles, which can be used to purchase travel essentials through the Bokkara store.

3. Booking Rules

To ensure a seamless booking experience, all bookings must be made through Bokkara’s booking consultants.

To initiate a booking, members must provide:

  • Full legal name
  • Active Bokkara membership number
  • Travel details (destination, dates, preferences, etc.)

Bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of our airline, hotel, and travel partners.

4. Payment & Billing

  • Membership fees are securely processed through PayPal.
  • All booking charges must be paid in full at the time of confirmation, unless otherwise stated in your membership plan.
  • Applicable taxes and fees will be clearly displayed before final payment.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Membership Cancellation

  • You may cancel your Bokkara subscription at any time through PayPal.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for unused membership days.

Booking Cancellation

  • Cancellation policies vary by airline, hotel, or travel partner.
  • Bokkara will clearly communicate all applicable cancellation rules before you confirm a booking.
  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

6. Member Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when making bookings.
  • Ensure that your passport, visas, and travel documents are valid before booking or traveling.
  • Maintain an active PayPal account for billing and subscription management.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Bokkara is committed to protecting your personal information.

When signing up, we collect the following information:

  • Full legal name
  • Residential address
  • Passport number and photo of passport
  • Contact details (phone number, email, etc.)

This data is stored securely and is used solely to facilitate your bookings and account management. Bokkara never shares your data with unauthorized third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bokkara is not liable for:

  • Airline, hotel, or partner operational issues.
  • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions outside of Bokkara’s direct control.
  • Losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the member.

9. Amendments

Bokkara reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Changes take effect immediately, unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed.

Bokkara Store Policies

1. Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

2. Using Bokkara Credit

  • Bokkara Credit can be applied partially or in full toward your purchase.
  • If your credit balance is insufficient, you may combine it with another payment method.
  • Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • All Bokkara Credit expires 12 months after it is earned.

3. Membership Discounts

  • Discounts are available only to active subscribers.
  • Your membership number must be entered at checkout to apply discounts.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with promotional codes or other special sales.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order will be processed and shipped, and cannot be canceled.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
  • Please provide clear photos of damaged items for verification.

Bokkara Miles & Rewards Program

1. Earning Bokkara Miles

  • Miles are earned based on the actual flight distance traveled, measured in miles.
  • Distance is calculated using the direct distance between airports on your booking.
  • Only flights booked through Bokkara qualify for earning miles.
  • Miles are credited to your account within 48 hours after your flight is completed.

2. Converting Miles to Bokkara Credit

1 Bokkara Mile = $0.008 Bokkara Credit.

  • Credit is automatically added to your Bokkara profile for store use.
  • Bokkara Credit can only be used in the Bokkara Store for travel essentials.

3. Redeeming Miles

  • There is no minimum redemption amount — you can use your miles anytime.
  • Miles can be combined with other payment methods at checkout.
  • Miles cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

4. Expiration of Miles

  • Bokkara Miles are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned.
  • Earning new miles automatically extends the expiration date for all miles in your account.

5. Subscription Requirement

You must maintain an active Bokkara subscription to earn and redeem miles. If your subscription is canceled, all unused miles expire immediately.

6. Refunds & Adjustments

  • If a flight is canceled or refunded, the miles earned from that flight will be deducted from your account.
  • If those miles have already been redeemed, the equivalent value will be subtracted from future miles you earn.
