Bokkara Terms, Conditions, and Policies

Welcome to Bokkara. These Terms, Conditions, and Policies (“Terms”) govern your use of Bokkara’s services, including bookings, memberships, and related offerings. By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • Bokkara: The company providing the booking services.
  • Member: Any user with an active Bokkara subscription.
  • Tier: Membership level (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) that determines benefits and discounts.
  • Booking: Any reservation made through Bokkara, including flights, accommodations, or a combination of both.
  • Percentage Discount: The special discount percentage applied to certain bookings, based on membership tier.

2. Membership Tiers & Discounts

Bokkara offers three membership tiers, each with different benefits:

Tier 1

  • Discount applies only on flight ticket purchases (percentage off ticket cost).
  • No discount on accommodation-only bookings.

Tier 2

  • Discount applies on:
    • Flight + Accommodation bookings.
    • Flight-only bookings.
  • No discount on accommodation-only bookings.

Tier 3

  • Discount applies on:
    • Flight + Accommodation bookings.
    • Flight-only bookings.
  • No discount on accommodation-only bookings.

Important: Discounts are calculated as a percentage of the ticket cost for flights. Accommodation-only bookings are excluded from percentage discounts across all tiers.

3. Booking Rules

  • All bookings must be made through Bokkara’s booking consultants.
  • To initiate a booking, members must provide:
    • Full name
    • Membership number
    • Travel details (destination, dates, preferences)
  • Bookings are subject to availability and partner terms.

4. Payment & Billing

  • Membership fees are processed through PayPal.
  • All booking charges must be paid in full at the time of confirmation unless otherwise specified in your plan.
  • Applicable taxes and fees will be displayed prior to payment.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your Bokkara subscription anytime through your PayPal account: Cancel Bokkara Subscription

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds for unused membership days.

Booking Cancellation

  • Cancellation policies for bookings depend on the airline, hotel, or travel partner’s rules.
  • Bokkara will communicate partner-specific cancellation terms before you confirm your booking.
  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

6. Member Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date travel information.
  • Ensure your passport, visas, and travel documents are valid before booking.
  • Maintain an active PayPal account for membership billing.

7. Privacy & Data Storage

When signing up, Bokkara collects:

  • Full legal name
  • Address
  • Passport number
  • A photo of your passport
  • Contact details

This information is stored securely in our system to allow quick access for handling your bookings. Your data will never be shared with unauthorized third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Bokkara is not responsible for:
    • Airline or hotel operational issues.
    • Delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions outside our control.
    • Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the member.

9. Amendments

Bokkara reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
