A Special Travel Assistance Program for Spirit Airlines Customers
Following the shutdown of Spirit Airlines, Bokkara is introducing a limited-time travel assistance initiative designed to help travelers preserve the value of their unused Spirit points.
Existing Bokkara members and new customers joining Bokkara may now convert eligible unused Spirit Airlines points into Bokkara travel credit that can be used toward future flight and accommodation bookings made through Bokkara.
Program Deadline
All Spirit points conversion requests must be submitted on or before August 1st, 2026.
Requests submitted after the deadline may not qualify for conversion consideration.
How the Program Works
To participate, members simply need to provide proof of their unused Spirit Airlines points balance by:
- Forwarding their Spirit Airlines points statement email
or - Sending a screenshot or official documentation showing their available points balance
Documents should be submitted directly to the member’s Bokkara Account Manager or through official Bokkara support channels for verification and processing.
Once approved, Bokkara will convert the eligible points balance into Bokkara travel credit.
How the Credit Can Be Used
Converted Bokkara travel credit may be applied toward:
- Flight bookings
- Hotel and accommodation reservations
- Select travel services available through Bokkara
Important Credit Usage Terms
To ensure fair usage and continued travel flexibility for members, converted Spirit points credit cannot be used to cover 100% of a booking.
Members may use converted credit to cover up to 55% of the total booking cost for each reservation, while the remaining balance must be paid separately using an approved payment method.
Example
If a booking total is $1,000:
- Up to $550 may be covered using converted Bokkara travel credit
- The remaining $450 must be paid by the member
This policy applies to both flight and accommodation bookings.
Who Is Eligible
This program is available to:
- Existing Bokkara members
- New customers joining Bokkara during the program period

- All submitted documentation is subject to verification and approval.
- Bokkara reserves the right to approve, deny, or adjust conversion values where necessary.
- Converted travel credit is non-transferable and may only be used within the Bokkara platform.
- Processing times may vary depending on submission volume.
- Credit conversion values may vary based on the points balance submitted and internal valuation review.
