Bokkara is actively monitoring the recent shutdown of Spirit Airlines and understands that many travelers may be affected by canceled or disrupted flights.
All Bokkara members with confirmed Spirit Airlines flights booked through their assigned Travel Manager or directly through the Bokkara App are eligible for a replacement flight arranged by Bokkara at no additional cost.
Our travel support team is currently working with multiple airline partners, including JetBlue Airways, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, and United Airlines, to secure alternative flight arrangements for affected members as quickly as possible.
Eligible members will receive replacement airfare at $0 additional airfare cost through Bokkara’s travel assistance support.

If your upcoming trip was impacted by the Spirit Airlines shutdown, please follow the steps below immediately:
- Contact your assigned Travel Manager or Bokkara Support Team.
- Provide your original booking confirmation and updated contact information.
- Await updated flight options and rebooking instructions from the Bokkara team.
- Monitor your email and phone for urgent travel updates.
