1. Eligibility

The BNPL program is available exclusively to approved ClubAdvantage and ClubBusiness corporate members operating within the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.

All applications are subject to verification, credit assessment, approval, and ongoing review. Eligibility is not guaranteed.

2. Payment Structure

Approved BNPL bookings may be deferred for up to 30 calendar days at 0% APR. The full balance must be repaid by the due date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Post 30-Day Financing (15.86% APR)

If any balance remains unpaid after the initial 30-day period, interest will accrue at an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 15.86%. Interest applies from the end of the 30-day period until full repayment.

4. Default & Recovery

• Account suspension or termination
• Restriction of BNPL access
• Referral to collections agencies
• Legal recovery proceedings
• Recovery of legal and administrative costs

5. Eligible Travel Services

• Flights
• Hotel accommodations
• Ground transportation
• Travel packages
• Corporate travel arrangements

6. ClubPoints Security Requirement

All BNPL transactions are secured with a 150% ClubPoints hold placed upon approval.

• Points are locked during the repayment period
• Repayment within 30 days restores 100% of ClubPoints
• Late repayment restores only base value (50% forfeited)

7–13. General Terms

BNPL bookings are not eligible for rewards unless stated otherwise. Members are fully responsible for all travel-related costs, including taxes, fees, modifications, and supplier penalties.

Bokkara reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate access at its sole discretion. All supplier-related issues are governed by third-party policies.
