ClubAdvantage BNPL Terms

Program Overview

ClubAdvantage BNPL (“Book Now, Pay Later”) is a payment flexibility feature offered to eligible Bokkara members, allowing approved travel bookings to be secured immediately with deferred payment terms.

All BNPL services are subject to approval, eligibility review, and these Terms & Conditions.

Eligible Bookings

BNPL may be used toward qualifying:

  • flights
  • accommodations
  • and approved travel packages

booked and managed directly through Bokkara.

Bokkara reserves the right to determine which bookings qualify for BNPL eligibility.

Approval & Eligibility

Access to ClubAdvantage BNPL is not guaranteed and remains subject to:

  • active membership status
  • internal approval procedures
  • booking value
  • payment history
  • account standing
  • and operational review

Bokkara reserves full discretion regarding BNPL approval decisions.

Promotional 0% APR Period

Approved BNPL bookings may qualify for:

  • 0% APR for up to 30 days

provided the full outstanding balance is paid within the approved promotional period.

Failure to satisfy repayment obligations within the promotional timeframe may result in:

  • additional charges
  • suspension of BNPL access
  • collection procedures
  • or account restrictions

where permitted by law.

Payment Responsibility

Members remain fully responsible for repayment of all approved BNPL balances according to the agreed repayment schedule.

Non-payment, delayed payment, disputed charges, or failed payment processing may impact:

  • current bookings
  • future BNPL eligibility
  • and overall membership standing.

Exclusion From Other Reward Programs

Bookings processed through ClubAdvantage BNPL are not eligible for:

  • Bokkara Travel Credit usage
  • ClubMiles mileage reward redemption
  • or mileage reward accumulation

BNPL transactions operate independently from Bokkara’s reward and travel credit programs.

Booking Management

All BNPL bookings remain subject to:

  • provider availability
  • fare changes
  • supplier conditions
  • verification procedures
  • and Bokkara operational approval

Bokkara reserves the right to decline, modify, suspend, or cancel booking requests where necessary.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility remain subject to:

  • airline policies
  • hotel policies
  • supplier conditions
  • fare restrictions
  • and applicable travel provider terms

In cases involving cancellations, refunds, disputes, or booking reversals, Bokkara reserves the right to:

  • adjust repayment obligations
  • reverse approvals
  • withhold refunds pending investigation
  • or apply administrative adjustments where necessary.

Non-Transferability

BNPL approvals:

  • are non-transferable
  • may only be used by the approved member
  • and may not be resold, reassigned, or exchanged.

Fraud, Abuse & Misuse

Bokkara reserves the right to suspend or terminate BNPL access in cases involving:

  • suspected fraud
  • payment abuse
  • chargeback activity
  • false information
  • unauthorized transactions
  • or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

All determinations relating to misuse or abuse remain at Bokkara’s sole discretion.

Program Modifications

Bokkara reserves the right to:

  • modify
  • limit
  • suspend
  • discontinue
  • or restructure

ClubAdvantage BNPL, including approval requirements, repayment structures, promotional periods, and eligibility standards, at any time without prior notice where permitted by law.
