Members using concierge credit receive 25 percent off the total cost of domestic flights booked within:

This benefit applies exclusively to flights booked through the concierge team and is ideal for frequent regional travel.

Concierge Credit may also be used for short-haul international routes, allowing members to:

  • Preserve Jet Card hours for long-haul Business or First-Class flights
  • Maintain flexibility for regional or time-sensitive travel

Monthly Settlement & Credit Reset

All concierge credit usage is settled on the 1st of every month.

After settlement:

  • The concierge credit balance is fully recycled and restored to the original monthly amount
  • A 4 percent service interest is applied to the total concierge credit used during the previous cycle

There is no carried balance, no rolling debt, and no compounding interest.

Concierge Credit is automatically issued to your account based on the Jet Card tier you purchase. This credit is provided by Bokkara and is available for use immediately, allowing members to book eligible concierge-managed services without upfront payment.

Increasing Your Concierge Credit Limit

Concierge Credit limits are directly tied to your Jet Card tier. To increase your available credit, members must upgrade by purchasing a higher-hour Jet Card.

Credit Timing When Purchasing an Additional Jet Card

  • If no Concierge Credit has been used from your current Jet Card: The new Concierge Credit associated with the upgraded Jet Card is applied immediately after purchase.

  • If Concierge Credit has already been used: The additional Concierge Credit from the new Jet Card will be applied on your next monthly cycle date, when your Concierge Credit balance is refreshed.
