This ClubAvantage Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Bokkara Management LLC (“Bokkara,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the individual or entity enrolling in the ClubAvantage Membership program (“Member,” “Client,” “you,” or “your”).
By enrolling in the ClubAvantage Membership program, the Member agrees to all terms, conditions, policies, and responsibilities outlined in this Agreement.
1. MEMBERSHIP PLAN
ClubAvantage Membership
Monthly Membership Fee: USD $149.99 per month
The ClubAvantage Membership provides Members with access to Bokkara’s travel management services, concierge support, disruption assistance, exclusive travel experiences, membership benefits, and travel-related programs.
This membership is designed for travelers seeking premium travel coordination, dedicated support, and access to Bokkara’s travel assistance network.
2. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Active Members may receive access to the following services and benefits:
Dedicated Travel Management
Members receive access to Bokkara’s travel management team for assistance with:
- Flight booking coordination
- Hotel and accommodation coordination
- Ground transportation arrangements
- Cruise and yacht coordination
- Executive and VIP travel assistance
- Group and corporate travel coordination
- Domestic and international travel support
- Itinerary planning and travel scheduling
- Reservation management assistance
- Travel modifications and coordination support
3. CRISIS MANAGEMENT & DISRUPTION SUPPORT
Bokkara provides operational travel disruption assistance during qualifying travel interruptions.
Support may include:
- Flight delay assistance
- Flight cancellation coordination
- Rebooking coordination assistance
- Hotel coordination during disruptions
- Emergency itinerary adjustments
- Real-time travel monitoring
- Rapid-response travel coordination
- Communication assistance during disruptions
- Transportation coordination support
- Travel logistics management
Bokkara acts solely as a travel management and coordination service provider and does not operate as an airline, hotel provider, transportation company, insurance company, or emergency response authority.
All disruption support is subject to availability, supplier participation, operational limitations, local laws, weather conditions, and third-party provider policies.
4. CLUB EXPERIENCE BENEFITS
Active Members may receive access to selected Bokkara Club Experiences, including:

- Event and entertainment coordination
- Vacation planning assistance
- Concierge lifestyle requests
Executive & VIP Experiences
- Executive travel coordination
- VIP support assistance
- Business travel planning
- Priority travel management support
- Corporate itinerary coordination
Membership Privileges
- Access to selected Bokkara member-only programs
- Promotional travel offers
- Partner-based experiences
- Member communication channels
- Travel support services
Experiences and privileges may vary based on destination, supplier availability, operational conditions, and membership standing.
5. ANNUAL TRAVEL CREDIT BENEFIT
Eligible active Members may qualify for up to USD $5,000 in annual Bokkara Travel Credit benefits, subject to the following terms:
- Travel Credit is promotional and non-cash redeemable.
- Travel Credit may only be applied toward qualifying bookings made through Bokkara.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for currency.
- Credit eligibility, release schedules, usage limitations, and redemption qualifications are determined solely by Bokkara.
- Certain travel products, suppliers, taxes, fees, upgrades, insurance products, and third-party services may not qualify.
- Membership cancellations, failed payments, account violations, or inactive status may result in forfeiture of unused credits.
- Bokkara reserves the right to approve, decline, limit, suspend, or modify Travel Credit usage at its discretion.
6. CLUBMILES PROGRAM
Members may receive access to Bokkara’s ClubMiles rewards system.
ClubMiles may be earned through qualifying purchases, bookings, promotions, or membership activity.
The following terms apply:
- ClubMiles are promotional loyalty rewards and are not currency.
- ClubMiles hold no cash value.
- Redemption values, earning structures, and conversion rates may change without notice.
- ClubMiles may only be redeemed through approved Bokkara redemption methods.
- Certain bookings, services, taxes, fees, or promotions may not qualify for ClubMiles usage or accumulation.
- ClubMiles may expire based on inactivity or account status.
- Membership cancellation or account suspension may result in forfeiture of unused ClubMiles.
7. BOOK NOW, PAY LATER (BNPL)
Eligible Members may receive access to Bokkara’s Book Now, Pay Later (“BNPL”) feature.
The BNPL feature allows approved Members to secure qualifying travel bookings immediately while deferring payment under Bokkara’s approved payment structure.
The following conditions apply:
- BNPL approval is not guaranteed and remains subject to Bokkara’s internal approval process.
- Eligibility may depend on membership standing, payment history, booking value, account activity, and other operational factors.
- Certain bookings, suppliers, destinations, or travel products may not qualify for BNPL usage.
- BNPL balances must be paid according to the approved payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
- Failure to make payments may result in suspension of membership benefits, cancellation of bookings, restrictions on future services, or account termination.
- Bokkara reserves the right to deny, suspend, modify, or revoke BNPL access at its discretion.
- Travel Credit and ClubMiles may not be eligible for use on bookings processed under the BNPL program unless otherwise approved by Bokkara.
8. MEMBERSHIP BILLING & PAYMENTS
The Member agrees to the following payment terms:
- The monthly membership fee of USD $149.99 is processed through PayPal.
- Membership billing is automatically charged monthly on the Member’s recurring billing date through the Member’s PayPal account or approved PayPal payment method.
- The Member is responsible for maintaining valid payment information within their PayPal account.
- Failed, declined, reversed, disputed, or unauthorized payments may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits and services.
- Bokkara reserves the right to suspend access to membership services until payment issues are resolved.
9. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
Members may cancel their membership at any time directly through their PayPal subscription settings.
The following conditions apply:
- Cancellation requests submitted through PayPal will stop future recurring membership charges.
- Membership remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- Membership fees already processed are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- Cancellation of membership may result in loss of access to membership benefits, ClubMiles, promotional offers, Travel Credits, and membership services.
- Outstanding balances for confirmed bookings, approved BNPL arrangements, or completed services remain the responsibility of the Member after cancellation.
10. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Member agrees to:
- Provide accurate traveler and payment information
- Review booking details before confirmation
- Maintain valid travel documents, visas, and identification
- Comply with supplier policies and destination laws
- Pay all approved travel-related charges and balances
- Maintain respectful conduct toward Bokkara staff, suppliers, and representatives
The Member accepts responsibility for all travel participation, supplier policies, and travel-related risks.
11. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
Bokkara coordinates services through independent third-party providers, including but not limited to:
- Airlines
- Hotels
- Transportation providers
- Cruise operators
- Charter providers
- Activity operators
- Event providers
Bokkara is not responsible for:
- Supplier cancellations
- Schedule changes
- Overbookings
- Service interruptions
- Injuries or accidents
- Lost baggage
- Weather disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Supplier insolvency
- Circumstances beyond Bokkara’s reasonable control
All bookings remain subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable supplier.
12. NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY
Bokkara does not guarantee:
- Flight availability
- Hotel availability
- Pricing stability
- Upgrade approvals
- Reservation approvals
- Supplier participation
- Travel Credit approvals
- ClubMiles redemption availability
- BNPL approval
- Disruption outcome resolutions
All services remain subject to operational capacity and third-party availability.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Bokkara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Bokkara’s total liability arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by the Member within the previous three (3) months.
- Bokkara is not responsible for losses resulting from supplier actions, travel interruptions, weather conditions, government actions, or circumstances outside Bokkara’s direct control.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES OR TERMS
Bokkara reserves the right to:
- Modify membership pricing
- Update membership features
- Adjust ClubMiles structures
- Modify Travel Credit programs
- Update BNPL terms
- Revise operational policies
- Amend this Agreement
Updated terms become effective upon publication or written notification.
Continued membership usage after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the applicable laws determined by Bokkara’s operating jurisdiction and business registration.
16. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
By enrolling in the ClubAdvantage Membership program, the Member confirms that they:
- Have read and understood this Agreement
- Accept all payment obligations
- Agree to all membership terms and conditions
- Authorize Bokkara to provide membership services under this Agreement
