1. What is Bokkara's Corporate Book Now, Pay Later program?

Bokkara's Corporate Book Now, Pay Later program allows approved corporate clients to secure eligible business travel immediately and defer payment for up to 30 days at 0% APR.

2. Who can use the program?

The program is available exclusively to approved Bokkara corporate clients legally registered and operating within the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.

3. What types of travel can be booked through BNPL?

The program may be used for eligible flights, accommodations, transportation services, and complete business travel itineraries booked through Bokkara.

4. Is interest charged during the first 30 days?

No. The first 30 days from the booking date are completely interest-free at 0% APR.

5. What happens if we do not pay within the 30-day 0% APR period?

Any unpaid balance will become subject to a 15.86% APR during the following 30-day repayment period. In addition, your held ClubPoints will no longer qualify for full restoration.

6. What ClubPoints are required to use BNPL?

For every approved BNPL booking, Bokkara places a hold on ClubPoints equal to 150% of the total booking value. These points serve as security for the deferred payment arrangement.

7. What happens to our held ClubPoints if we repay within 30 days?

If the booking is repaid in full within the 30-day 0% APR period, Bokkara will restore 100% of the held ClubPoints to your account.

8. What happens to our held ClubPoints if we repay after the 30-day period?

If repayment occurs after the 30-day 0% APR period, Bokkara will restore only the number of ClubPoints equivalent to the original booking value. The additional 50% of held points will be permanently forfeited.

9. Can we use held ClubPoints while a BNPL balance is outstanding?

No. ClubPoints placed on hold are unavailable for 25% Travel Coverage, future BNPL bookings, reward redemptions, or any other Bokkara benefit until the outstanding balance has been satisfied.

10. Can we use Travel Coverage when booking through BNPL?

No. Bokkara Travel Coverage, ClubBusiness Miles, and similar promotional benefits cannot be used on BNPL bookings.

11. Can we use ClubPoints to reduce the amount owed on a BNPL booking?

No. ClubPoints is not cash and serve as security for the booking and cannot be applied toward repayment of the outstanding balance.

12. What if we do not have enough available ClubPoints?

Your BNPL request may be declined if your available ClubPoints balance is insufficient to satisfy the required 150% point hold.

13. What happens if payment is not made after the additional repayment period?

Bokkara may suspend account privileges, terminate participation in the program, engage collection agencies, initiate legal proceedings, and pursue any other remedies available under applicable law.

14. Can Bokkara decline a BNPL request?

Yes. All BNPL requests are subject to review, approval, account standing, available ClubPoints, and compliance with Bokkara's program requirements.

15. What happens if a trip is cancelled?

Any refunds, credits, penalties, or cancellation outcomes remain subject to the policies of the applicable airline, hotel, transportation provider, or travel supplier.

16. Can Bokkara suspend or terminate our BNPL privileges?

Yes. Bokkara reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate BNPL access if payment obligations are not met, account requirements are violated, or participation presents an increased financial risk.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Book Now, Pay Later ("BNPL") program is available exclusively to approved Bokkara corporate clients legally registered and operating within the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom. Participation is subject to Bokkara's approval, verification, and ongoing account review.

2. Payment Terms

Approved travel bookings may be deferred for up to thirty (30) calendar days from the booking date at 0% APR. The full outstanding balance must be paid on or before the invoice due date.

3. Interest Following the Initial 30-Day Period

Any unpaid balance remaining after the initial thirty (30) day 0% APR period will automatically become subject to an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 15.86%. The applicable interest will accrue during the subsequent thirty (30) calendar day period until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

4. Default and Recovery Actions

If payment is not received following the initial 30-day interest-free period and the subsequent repayment period, Bokkara reserves the right to pursue all available remedies to recover outstanding amounts. Such actions may include account suspension, termination of services, referral to third-party collection agencies, legal proceedings, recovery of collection costs, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

5. Approved Travel Services

BNPL may be used for eligible flights, accommodations, transportation services, and other approved travel-related services booked through Bokkara.

6. Travel Point Security Requirement

Participation in the BNPL program is secured through the corporate client's available ClubPoints balance.

For each approved BNPL booking, Bokkara will place a hold on ClubPoints equal to one hundred and fifty percent (150%) of the total booking value. These points will remain unavailable for Travel Coverage, future BNPL bookings, reward redemptions, or any other Bokkara benefit while the booking balance remains outstanding.

If the outstanding balance is repaid in full within the initial thirty (30) day 0% APR period, Bokkara will release and restore one hundred percent (100%) of the held ClubPoints to the client's account.

If repayment occurs after the expiration of the 0% APR period, including during the subsequent repayment period subject to the 15.86% APR, Bokkara will restore only the number of ClubPoints equivalent to the original booking value. The additional fifty percent (50%) of held Travel Points shall be permanently forfeited.

For example, a booking valued at $5,000 requires 7,500 ClubPoints to be placed on hold. If repayment occurs within the 30-day 0% APR period, all 7,500 points will be restored. If repayment occurs after the 30-day 0% APR period, only 5,000 points will be restored and the remaining 2,500 points will be forfeited.

Corporate clients must maintain sufficient available ClubPoints to satisfy this requirement before a BNPL booking can be approved.

7. No Travel Credits, Rewards, or Mileage Benefits

Bookings made under the BNPL program are not eligible for Bokkara Travel Credits, ClubBusiness Travel Credits, reward programs, promotional credits, mileage redemptions, or similar benefits unless otherwise authorized by Bokkara in writing.

8. Corporate Responsibility

The corporate client remains fully responsible for all charges, fees, penalties, modifications, cancellations, taxes, and obligations associated with any approved BNPL booking.

9. Cancellations and Supplier Policies

All booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and credits remain subject to the policies and terms of the applicable airline, hotel, transportation provider, or travel supplier.

10. Account Standing

BNPL privileges may be suspended or revoked if a corporate client becomes delinquent, violates Bokkara policies, fails to satisfy payment obligations, or otherwise presents an increased financial risk.

11. Right to Decline Participation

Bokkara reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate participation in the BNPL program at its sole discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

Bokkara acts solely as a travel management and booking intermediary and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, delays, interruptions, cancellations, or performance of third-party travel suppliers.

13. Amendments

Bokkara reserves the right to amend, suspend, modify, or discontinue the BNPL program and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
