ClubCoverage Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is ClubCoverage?

ClubCoverage is a membership benefit that contributes up to 25% toward the cost of qualifying travel bookings made through Bokkara.

2. Who can access ClubCoverage?

ClubCoverage is available to eligible Individual and Corporate Club members with active memberships and available ClubPoints.

3. How much coverage can I receive?

Eligible bookings may receive up to 25% coverage of the total booking value, subject to available ClubPoints and program eligibility requirements.

4. What types of bookings qualify?

Qualifying flights, accommodations, and complete travel packages may be eligible for ClubCoverage.

5. Is there a minimum booking amount?

Yes. Individual bookings must exceed $1,000 USD and Corporate bookings must exceed $2,000 USD to qualify.

6. Does the coverage apply automatically?

Eligible bookings may automatically receive ClubCoverage during the booking process when qualification requirements are met and sufficient ClubPoints are available.

7. What are ClubPoints?

ClubPoints are annual membership points provided to members and used to fund the ClubCoverage benefit.

8. How are ClubPoints used?

When coverage is applied, the equivalent value of Bokkara's contribution is deducted from your available ClubPoints balance.

9. Can I use ClubCoverage on multiple bookings?

Yes. Members may use ClubCoverage on multiple qualifying bookings until their available ClubPoints balance is exhausted.

10. What happens if I run out of ClubPoints?

Once your ClubPoints balance is depleted, additional bookings will not receive ClubCoverage unless additional points become available under your membership benefits.

11. Can ClubCoverage be combined with ClubMiles?

Yes. Eligible members may use available ClubMiles and ClubCoverage on the same qualifying booking, subject to program rules and available balances.

12. Can I transfer my ClubPoints to someone else?

No. ClubPoints are assigned to the membership account and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

13. Do unused ClubPoints carry forward?

Unless otherwise stated within your membership benefits, unused ClubPoints expire at the end of the applicable membership year.

14. What happens if I cancel a covered booking?

Any ClubPoints restoration will depend on supplier policies, cancellation terms, and Bokkara's review of the booking. Restoration is not guaranteed.

15. Does ClubCoverage have cash value?

No. ClubCoverage and ClubPoints cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, or monetary compensation.

16. Can Bokkara change or discontinue ClubCoverage?

Yes. Bokkara reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ClubCoverage, eligibility requirements, and related benefits at its discretion.

ClubCoverage Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

ClubCoverage is a membership benefit available to eligible Bokkara Club members. The program provides qualifying members with coverage of up to twenty-five percent (25%) of eligible travel booking costs, subject to available ClubPoints, membership status, program rules, and these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

ClubCoverage is available exclusively to active Bokkara Club members whose memberships are in good standing. Members must maintain an active membership at the time of booking and throughout the booking confirmation process.

3. Minimum Booking Requirements

To qualify for ClubCoverage, bookings must exceed the following minimum thresholds:

  • Individual Members: More than $1,000 USD per booking.
  • Corporate Members: More than $2,000 USD per booking.

Bookings that do not exceed the applicable minimum threshold are not eligible for ClubCoverage.

4. Coverage Amount

Eligible bookings may receive coverage of up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total booking value. The exact coverage amount applied is determined by available ClubPoints and program availability at the time of booking.

5. ClubPoints Requirement

Coverage is funded through the member's available ClubPoints balance. The equivalent value of the ClubCoverage contribution will be deducted from the member's available ClubPoints balance upon booking confirmation.

6. Insufficient ClubPoints

If a member does not have sufficient ClubPoints to cover the full ClubCoverage contribution, Bokkara may reduce the coverage amount or decline the application of ClubCoverage altogether.

7. Eligible Travel Products

ClubCoverage may be applied to eligible flights, accommodations, travel packages, and other travel products approved by Bokkara.

8. Excluded Charges

ClubCoverage may not apply to taxes, government fees, visa fees, travel insurance, optional upgrades, ancillary services, cancellation penalties, change fees, or any other charges determined by Bokkara.

9. Non-Transferability

ClubCoverage benefits and ClubPoints are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, assigned, gifted, or transferred to another individual or organization unless expressly authorized by Bokkara.

10. No Cash Value

ClubCoverage and ClubPoints have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, credits, or monetary compensation.

11. Booking Modifications

If a booking is modified after confirmation, Bokkara reserves the right to recalculate the coverage amount and adjust ClubPoints deductions accordingly.

12. Cancellations

Where a covered booking is canceled, any ClubPoints restoration will be subject to the applicable supplier, airline, hotel, and Bokkara cancellation policies. Restoration of ClubPoints is not guaranteed.

13. Fraud and Misuse

Bokkara reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate membership benefits if fraudulent activity, abuse, manipulation, misrepresentation, or misuse of ClubCoverage is suspected.

14. Corporate Membership Usage

Corporate ClubCoverage benefits may only be used for authorized travel associated with the corporate membership account and its approved users.

15. Program Changes

Bokkara reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or terminate ClubCoverage, ClubPoints allocations, qualification requirements, or benefit structures at any time without prior notice.

16. Limitation of Liability

Bokkara acts solely as a travel services provider and shall not be liable for losses, damages, delays, cancellations, supplier failures, force majeure events, or disruptions relating to travel services booked through the platform.

17. Final Determination

All eligibility decisions, coverage calculations, ClubPoints deductions, and benefit determinations made by Bokkara are final.
