Bokkara Travel Services Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Bokkara provides travel management, booking coordination, concierge assistance, crisis management support, and related travel services for clients worldwide. Bokkara works with third-party airlines, hotels, villa providers, transportation companies, cruise operators, private aviation companies, yacht providers, restaurants, and other travel-related suppliers to arrange requested services on behalf of clients.

By using Bokkara’s services, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

All travel services arranged through Bokkara are provided and operated by independent third-party companies and service providers. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Commercial airlines
  • Private jet operators
  • Helicopter charter providers
  • Hotels and resorts
  • Villa owners and management companies
  • Chauffeur and transportation companies
  • Cruise lines
  • Car rental companies
  • Yacht charter providers
  • Restaurants and event venues

Bokkara acts as a travel management and coordination service provider that assists with securing bookings, negotiating rates when possible, managing travel logistics, and supporting clients during travel disruptions.

3. Supplier Policies and Conditions

All bookings and services remain subject to the policies, terms, conditions, operational procedures, and availability of the actual service provider.

These policies may include:

  • Cancellation policies
  • Refund policies
  • Check-in and boarding requirements
  • Security procedures
  • Deposit requirements
  • Damage policies
  • Delays and operational changes
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Rescheduling limitations
  • Identification and travel document requirements

Bokkara always works within the scope of the policies established by the service provider and cannot override, alter, or guarantee exceptions to those policies.

4. Booking Requests and Availability

All bookings, reservations, and travel requests are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant provider at the time of booking.

Pricing, availability, routes, schedules, accommodations, and services may change without notice until fully confirmed.

5. Payments and Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate traveler information
  • Reviewing all booking confirmations and travel details
  • Ensuring possession of valid passports, visas, permits, and identification documents
  • Meeting all airline, immigration, customs, and security requirements
  • Making payments by the required deadlines

Failure to provide accurate information or required documentation may result in denied boarding, canceled reservations, or additional fees, for which Bokkara shall not be held responsible.

6. Travel Disruptions and Crisis Support

Bokkara provides travel disruption support and crisis management assistance to help clients navigate delays, cancellations, schedule changes, emergencies, and unexpected travel issues.

While Bokkara will make reasonable efforts to assist clients with alternative arrangements and solutions, Bokkara does not control airline operations, weather conditions, airport operations, government actions, strikes, supplier decisions, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Resolution outcomes remain subject to the policies and operational capabilities of the actual service provider.

7. Concierge and Special Requests

Bokkara may assist clients with concierge requests, lifestyle arrangements, special accommodations, reservations, and customized experiences.

Special requests are not guaranteed and remain subject to availability, local regulations, supplier approval, and operational limitations.

8. Unlisted Services

Bokkara may accommodate requests for services not specifically listed on its website, membership plans, or promotional materials.

If Bokkara is able to arrange the requested service through its network, partners, or providers, the request may be facilitated subject to availability, pricing, provider approval, and applicable terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bokkara shall not be held liable for:

  • Acts, errors, delays, or failures of third-party providers
  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Lost, delayed, or damaged luggage
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Injuries, accidents, or incidents during travel
  • Government restrictions or border closures
  • Supplier bankruptcy or operational failures
  • Changes made directly by providers
  • Missed connections caused by delays outside Bokkara’s control

Clients acknowledge that all travel involves inherent risks and that Bokkara serves as a coordination and support provider rather than the direct operator of transportation, accommodations, or travel experiences.

10. Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations may result in penalties, fees, credits, or non-refundable charges based on the policies of the applicable provider.

Bokkara will assist clients with modification or cancellation requests whenever possible but cannot guarantee refunds or waivers outside of supplier policies.

11. Force Majeure

Bokkara shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, service interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • War or civil unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Airport or transportation shutdowns
  • Technical failures

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, requesting, or using Bokkara’s services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
